Welcome to the Kevin Sonnycalb Memorial Fireworks Festival, an annual celebration proudly hosted by the Xenia Rotary Club in partnership with the City of Xenia. This community event is a cherished tradition, bringing together families and friends for an unforgettable evening of fun, music, and, of course, spectacular fireworks.
A Family-Friendly Tradition
The Kevin Sonnycalb Memorial Fireworks Festival is more than just a fireworks show—it's a full evening of entertainment and activities designed for all ages. Held at Shawnee Park in Xenia, the festival features a variety of family-friendly activities, including:
- Bouncy Houses and Face Painting: Let the kids burn off some energy in our colorful bouncy houses, a favorite attraction for young festivalgoers. Nearby, our talented face painters will be transforming little faces into lions, butterflies, superheroes, and more—creating lasting memories and plenty of photo-worthy moments.
- Live Music: Enjoy live performances from local bands, offering a mix of classic rock, pop, and country music. The entertainment is sure to get your feet tapping and your hands clapping as we lead into the grand finale.
- Grand Raffle: Take part in our grand raffle, with exciting prizes to be won. Proceeds from the raffle support the Xenia Rotary Club’s philanthropic efforts throughout our community.
- Food and Fun: The festival is filled with food trucks, games, face painting, and bounce houses, ensuring there's something for everyone in the family to enjoy.
